Premier Doylestown Estate Sale

ONLINE ONLY AUCTION This estate auction features a variety of antique furniture, artwork, rugs, and other decorative items from an older home. Furniture highlights include several antique chests of drawers in styles such as Chippendale, Hepplewhite and Federal. An antique Queen Anne drop leaf dining table with tiger maple chairs. Upholstered seating ranges from a camel back sofa to Federal and Hepplewhite chairs and a unique buggy seat. Lovely artwork has been collected for this home over the years, including pastoral landscape paintings, rural winter scenes from artists like Walter Emerson Baum and Frank English, still life paintings from Clara Kolb, and reverse glass paintings in folk art style frames. An 1801 needlepoint sampler by Sarah Boxall and a printed 1806 birth record round out the folk art offerings. Antique rugs are found throughout the home, including Persian carpets and runners, a Caucasian rug, and a Two Grey Hills Navajo weaving.
