S.O. Terach Auctions Disclaimer & Terms: 1. Condition of Items: All items are sold "as is" and without warranty. We have made every effort to accurately describe the condition of each item based on our professional expertise and examination. However, please be aware that our condition reports are opinions, and it is the responsibility of the bidder to inspect the items personally or through a representative to satisfy themselves regarding their condition before placing a bid. If you require additional condition-related information, please contact us. 2. Measurements: Item measurements are provided as approximations and are taken by hand. Please consider that slight inaccuracies may occur, and bidders are advised to verify the measurements before placing a bid. 3. Authenticity: While we strive to ensure the authenticity of all items in our auction, we cannot guarantee with absolute certainty the provenance or authenticity of any item. Bidders are encouraged to conduct their own research and due diligence before participating in the auction. 4. Bidding: By participating in the auction, bidders acknowledge that they have read and understood the bidding rules and procedures. The highest bid acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the winning bid, and the auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid deemed inappropriate. 5. Payment: Winning bidders are required to make payment in full within 7 days after the auction. 6. Collection and Shipping: Items must be collected or shipped within 14 days of payment unless special arrangements have been made with S.O. Terach Auctions. Please contact us if you require a specialized collection process to ensure it is feasible. By default, items will be invoiced inclusive of our recommended courier?s shipping quote. To collect an item in-person, please make contact directly after the auction closes, and note that for in-person collection, NY state sales tax will be applied. If you wish to use your own shipping courier/collection service, please contact us and we will amend your invoice accordingly, removing our default shipping service and its respective quote. Afterward, please inform of us of your chosen courier, so we are ensured that we are releasing the item to the correct party. 7. Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium of 25% will be added to the final hammer price of each item. This premium is non-negotiable and non-refundable. 8. Loss or Damage: S.O. Terach Auctions shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to items once they have been sold and collected or shipped by the winning bidder, even if the shipping service used is our default option - as our default option is still an independent shipping company distinct from S.O. Terach Auctions. 9. Reserve Price: Some items in the auction may have a reserve price set by the consignor. The auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of the consignor up to the reserve price. Moreover, if the highest bid does not equal or surpass the previously established reserve price, the lot will not be sold. The reserve price is confidential and is solely known by the consignor of the respective lot, and the auctioneer. 10. Buyer's Responsibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of any import/export restrictions, customs duties, or taxes that may apply to the purchased items. S.O. Terach Auctions will not be responsible for any costs or penalties incurred by the buyer related to shipping or customs regulations.

If you have not contacted S.O. Terach to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
