For over 50 years, the late Kennie Wordlaw collected and sold fine antiques and works of art. Over her long and colorful career she and her late husband, Paul Wordlaw, amassed an incredible collection of furniture, paintings, clocks, mirrors, porcelains, art glass, silver, lamps, oriental rugs, statuary and unusual works of art. Kennie Wordlaw’s executor recently commissioned our gallery to sell a major part of the estate at public auction. The “Crown Jewel” of Kennie’s collection is a rare, five piece, American Victorian elaborately carved rosewood parlor suite, attributed to “Charles Baudouine” of New York City.
