All sales are final. We will describe and photograph all items to the best of our ability. Please ask questions and viewing is available for all auctions by appointment. Items purchased on LiveAuctioneers.com cannot be picked up during the auction. Payments are to be made within 3 days of being notified by Live Auctioneers of the winning bid. Sales tax will be charged unless your tax exempt paperwork is on file with Live Auctioneers. Payment may be made by clicking on the payment link on your invoice. 20% Buyers Premium will be charged on all lots purchased. After 72 hours all unpaid items will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. We will ship smaller, non-fragile items in house. We have made every attempt to research the age and condition of the items offered, and to the best of our ability they are as stated. All items are sold on a "where is - as is" basis. There are no charge backs for items bought online. Items left over 30 days will be subject to storage fees. Items left over 90 days will be considered abandoned and forfeited. Processing fee will be added to credit card payments. We also accept PayPal. Cash or Checks are accepted for local pickup.

If you have not contacted Lionsmark Auction Company to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
