INAUGURAL SALE OF FINE ART & ANTIQUES

We are delighted to present our first curated sale of fine art and antiques. Drawing from diverse and exciting collections in Boston, New York and the Catskills, highlights include a work by the painter John Walker, a folio of serigraphs by Jean Leppien, fine art of Asia including works in jade and bronze and a fantastic group of indigenous art from Africa and Oceania. Of local interest are two lots of special rarity: a blue and white coverlet dated 1851 and woven by one of the three famed Delhi (NY) weavers AND a hand-drawn and painted map of the globe dated 1828 and made by a member of the Village of Franklin?s founding family.
