GUIDE FOR BUYERS We advise all bidders to read the terms and conditions of this sale before bidding with Danny's Auctions. Those who bid are bound by those terms and conditions of the sale. As amended by any oral announcement or posted notices, which together form the contract of the sale between the successful bidder (purchaser), Danny's Auctions and the seller (consignor) of the lot. TERMS OF THE SALE When bidding on any lot offered by Danny's Auctions the bidder indicates acceptance of the following terms of sale: CONDITION OF ITEMS Danny's Auctions makes every effort to accurately describe all items offered in its sales, however all items for sale are sold as is and it is the bidders responsibility (present or absentee bidders) to determine the exact condition of each item. Danny's Auctions will not be held responsible for any typographical errors. All items will be available for preview two (2) weeks prior to the auction. We do not guarantee any antique items because if you look hard enough you may find an imperfection with anything that is 100 years old. We do not guarantee clocks to be in running order.

International buyer's should note that several countries do not allow the importation of lots containing materials made from endangered species, this includes but is not limited to ivory, coral, and tortoise shell. Please familiarize yourself with relevant import and customs regulations prior to bidding.

Your bid is a contract Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the successful and winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property bid on from the seller. You should contact the seller to resolve any questions before bidding.
