We encourage bidders to inspect all photos per lot. *PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: -major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express -bank transfer (ACH) -cash All credit card payments and bank transfers will be processed through Live Auctioneer's Live Payments program only. Please note you can pay via credit card or bank transfer (ACH) by clicking the Pay Now button on your LiveAuctioneers invoice received via email. Payments via credit cards will be charged an additional 3% of the total sales price. Payments via bank transfer (ACH) will be charged an additional 1% of the total sales price. Payment through LiveAuctioneers is preferred. Buyers agree not to dispute any credit card charges and consent to purchase at their bid price plus any applicable charges and fees. *No bidders will be approved without a verified credit card on file with Live Auctioneers. *If you have not made payment in full within 72 hours of the time an invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the full amount listed on your invoice. *Unpaid buyers, no show buyers, bad credit cards or any reason the high bidder is unable to pay according to our terms & conditions will have a dispute filed with Live Auctioneers, making it difficult for any buyer to register for future auctions. *SALES TAX: -All lots are subject to 8% sales tax on the total sales price. Sales price is the hammer price plus the buyer's premium. -Winning bidder is to pay all applicable taxes unless a resale tax certificate is submitted to Live Auctioneers and has been approved. *SHIPPING: -Buyer pays all shipping costs. -Items must be paid in full before pickup or shipping can be arranged. -In person pickup available at our office in Pine Mountain, GA November 6, 7 and 8, 2022, from 9:00am - 5:00pm.
