Danny's Auctions will not be held responsible for any typographical errors. All items will be available for preview two (2) weeks prior to the auction. We do not guarantee any antique items because if you look hard enough you may find an imperfection with anything that is 100 years old. We do not guarantee clocks to be in running order. If you have not contacted Danny's Auction to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
