PAYMENT: Full payment, including the buyers 17.5% premium, should be received within seven days of the conclusion of the sale. Accepted forms of payment include checks, bank checks, cash, and VISA or MasterCard. Payments should be made out to and sent to Gordon Converse & Co., 758 Mancill Rd, Wayne, PA 19087. Bidders outside of the U. S. and other selected bidders will be required to submit credit card information prior to the sale. We reserve the right to clear checks before property is removed from the salesroom. Credit card information can be sent via email (some send two emails with all the information on them); or telephone, sometimes leaving a voice mail if we can't answer. We need your 16 digit card number, the expiration date and the cardholder's name, as it is written on the card, to process your card. SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES: If you need to have your item shipped, we will deliver it to our local UPS Store and they will contact you directly. They are located at 303 W. Lancaster Ave, Wayne and can be reached by phone: 610-975-0860. If you wish to pick your items up you may do so June 27 and 28 between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM at our warehouse located at: 1128 Greenhill Rd; West Chester, PA. Any items not picked up or shipped via UPS Store will be subject to a storage fee. If your items are not picked up at this time and you would like your shipper to pick them up within 10 days of the sale date, we need to be notified; otherwise we will turn them over to the above UPS store after they have been paid for.
