Doyle's auction of Important Paintings on Wednesday, May 11,2022 at 11am will present Impressionist & Modern, Post-War & Contemporary and Latin American Art.
Impressionist & Modern Art will showcase fine European and American paintings, drawings and sculpture from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The offerings will span Academic and Barbizon art through Impressionism and Post-Impressionism to German Expressionism and early Modernism. Encompassing works by American, European and Asian artists, Post-War & Contemporary Art will span artistic movements from Abstract Expressionism, Pop Art and Minimalism, moving through Fluxus and Mail Art to Street Art and works by emerging artists. Latin American art will feature paintings, drawings, prints and sculpture will present works by prominent artists of the 20th century.
