TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE: BIDDING CLOSES on this website on MARCH 5th at 1PM Eastern US Daylight Savings Time. PLEASE NOTE: This is a timed sale and NOT a live sale. The auction will close at approximately 8:00 PM, on March 5, 2011 on our website. FINAL BIDDING NIGHT INSTRUCTIONS:  Beginning at 8 pm ET, on the final night of the auction, bidding will continue in 5 minute intervals until no bids are received within the next five (5) minute period.  If a bid is placed, the auction is extended for an additional 5 minutes.  When a 5 minute period passes with no bids the auction will end.  ITEM DESCRIPTIONS/NO WARRANTY: In publishing this catalog, Ragtime Toys has tried to accurately describe all items being sold, and has provided accurate photographs of all items indicating the condition of each. All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. It is the bidder's responsibility to judge the condition of all items to their satisfaction. Therefore, if you have specific questions, please ask. No statement in this catalog shall be deemed to be a warranty or representation of the items being sold, and Ragtime Toys will not assume liability with respect to age, condition, rarity, provenance or historical relevance of items being sold. Any agent under the employ of any bidder is bound by the terms of sale as stated in this catalog and any relevant documents. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at conclusion of bidding. The purchaser is fully responsible once title has been passed. SALES TAX: All buyers are required to pay New Jersey sales tax (7%) unless a COPY of a valid sales tax exemption number and completed tax exemption form are submitted to Ragtime Toys. If item(s) are shipped out of State by a licensed carrier, such as USPS, the purchase is exempt from NJ State sales tax. BUYER'S PREMIUM: There is a 17% buyers premium on all purchases. PAYMENT METHODS: Payment may be made by: check; cash; Money Order; Visa, MasterCard, PayPal or other payment method deemed acceptable by Ragtime Toys. All checks will be held for 10 business days prior to shipping the purchase. Invoices will be sent within 7-10 days after the close of auction. Payment in full must be received within 30 days after the close of the auction-within 14 days of invoice. SHIPPING:  Items will be shipped after full receipt of payment.  Items paid by check will not be shipped until the check clears.  All auction items will be carefully packed, and shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS).  All auctions items must be insured at the buyer’s expense for shipping, unless the buyer provides a full written waiver of all Ragtime Toys liability related to the shipping.  Should an item be damaged in shipment, insurance claims would be made directly with the USPS.  ALL packaging must be saved.  Ragtime Toys will assist successful bidders in making an insurance claim if an item is properly insured and damaged in shipping.  However, Ragtime Toys does not accept, and disclaims, any responsibility or liability for any shipping or mailing related damage.
