When you register to bid at MarsCloud, INC (MarsCloud) in house or online, you agree to all terms and conditions listed below. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are entering into a legally binding contract to pay for any items which you have bid on and won during the auction. Buyer should understand and agree that all items in any of our auction are sold AS IS and FINAL, WHERE IS with all faults and imperfections. Buyer should always act with due diligence and examine all items thoroughly prior to placing a bid on-site or online. All items for sale are available for your examination prior to bidding at MarsCloud located at 9108 Church Street, Manassas VA 20110 (See preview schedule). MarsCloud will not responsible if any buyer gives up examination for any reason, on an item prior to auction start. No return and refund. MarsCloud attempts to catalog every lot correctly and will attempt to point out any defects but will not be responsible or liable for the correctness of the catalog or other descriptions of the lot. There are no warranties or representations of merchantability, of fitness, nor of any other kind, express or implied. All items are available for your examination prior to bidding. Written and oral descriptions are our opinions and should not be construed as a guarantee of any kind as to importance, genuineness, authenticity, authorship (includes signatures and stamps), attribution, provenance, period, age, culture, religion, source, origin, condition, materials, quality, size or any other features of items being sold. As used in these conditions of sale, the term "FINAL" means the highest bid acknowledged by the auctioneer. Buyer?s Purchase Price is the sum of the final bid plus the premium payable by the buyer. No item will be returned nor refunded. Buyers should pay Virginia sales tax unless the item will be shipped to out-of-state from the auction house.
