THERE IS ONLY ONE DAY FOR PICK UP !! Everything in this auction must be picked up in Lambertville NJ on Monday January 17th from 9:30am-4:30pm. Pick up address will be on your invoice , under the Payment Details. All items are located in a second floor apartment. You will be responsible for removing all items. BRING HELP TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS ! THERE WILL BE NO ONE TO HELP YOU LOAD ! If you purchase furniture or something heavy, you must have someone to help you remove and load it. Buyer must bring packing materials, and any tools ( if needed) in taking apart items. PAYMENT IS DUE BY Thursday January 13th, at 3pm . If you do not submit payment within 72 hours of invoice, your card on file will be charged. ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP, WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED ! All items are sold as is, as pictured, with no guarantees. If it is a lot with multiple items, we do not visually inspect every item. If we notice something has damage, it will be mentioned. If you do not pay by the pick up day, a dispute will automatically be filed thru LiveAuctioneers. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice. Shipping ? We do not ship shelf lots, table contents, room contents, furniture , or lots with a large amount of items. For items we ship in house, there is a $15 handling fee for the first lot and $5 each additional lot. All prints, paintings, mirrors, very fragile, items will be packed and shipped thru UPS. There is a $10 transport charge, plus UPS packing and shipping charges. If you have a Resale Tax Number, fill out the correct forms with LiveAuctioneers BEFORE bidding.
