#1. All items offered at auction are sold as is, where is, no refunds, no returns and without recourse. Descriptions including photographs, condition, weights, authenticity, provenance, manufacturer, artist, origin and measurements are believed to be accurate, however, neither Chesney Auctioneering, LLC, the auctioneer nor consignor makes any warranty or representations of any kind to the merchandise being offered. It is the responsibility of the prospective bidder to inspect the goods and determine exact condition of each item. #2. Chesney Auctioneering, LLC is not responsible for any omission or errors in the description or a further verbal description given by the auctioneer(s) the day of the auction or by any employee preceding or following the auction. #3. Chesney Auctioneering, LLC reserves the right to withdraw lots prior to the commencement of the each auction. #4. Estimates noted showing both high and low end range for each item, are of the opinion of Chesney Auctioneering, LLC as a fair market value. Chesney Auctioneering, LLC makes no warranties as to final value for item(s) sold. Bidder determines the deciding final price. #5. While many lots are listed without reserve prices, at times, Chesney Auctioneering, LLC or its consignors may require a minimum selling price or prices on selected lots per auction. Chesney Auctioneering, LLC may execute bids on the behalf or our consignor due to the reserve price. #6. Chesney Auctioneering, LLC reserves the right to refuse admission to auction locate, reject any bid or to refuse certain bidders. #7. Title to the property sold shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the auctioneers hammer. The purchaser shall assume full risk and responsibility for each item purchased once title is passed. #8. Payment must be paid, accepted and cleared before any item be removed from auction location. The auctioneer is not responsible for bidder errors, auction platform errors, electronic devise errors, internet errors, phone bidding errors and or other bidding mishaps, Please see payment and shipping section for details. All items won must be paid within seven (7) business day. Failure to do so will result in a formal dispute filing with auction platform. Once a dispute has been filed, claims to unpaid items are void, and Chesney Auctioneering,LLC will have full title and all claims in order to resell item(s) at auction. #9. Buyer will be responsibility to pay in full the sum of the final bid plus noted buyers premium. #10. All invoice totals $500 or greater require Wire Transfer, Bank issued Cashier Check, or Certified Check payments. #11. All purchased items are subjected to Pas. six (6%) percent sales tax unless certificate of tax-exempt is provided to Chesney Auctioneering, LLC #12. Chesney Auctioneering, LLC can provide a limited in-house shipping it purchases items. Chesney Auctioneering, LLC will pack items as well as possible so item(s) can be received to there final location in good order. If purchaser elects to have item(s) in shipped with plans to provide their own pick, a agreed day and time must be set. Chesney Auctioneering, LLC are not responsible for the acts of omissions of carriers or packers of purchased lots, wether or not recommended by us. Packing and handling of lots by us, or by purchaser is at the entire risk of the purchaser, or purchaser agent and Chesney Auctioneering, LLC has not liability for any loss or damage to such items, No claims are permitted after removing items from the premises, as condition issues cannot be validated once items are released into your possession. #13. All glassware is and will be sold as is. Chesney Auctioneering, LLC is not responsibility for damage of glass covered framed items regardless of cause. Chesney Auctioneering, LLC will not guarantee the authenticity of any signature unless so stated at the time of auction. Chesney Auctioneering, LLC not responsible for typographical errors. #14. In providing your credit card information to pay an invoice, you authorize Chesney Auctioneering, LLC to charge the cost of product and/or service to your credit card either through the payment portal, or as indicated on signed, paper authorization form, or by phone. This payment is for goods / services won at auction and certifies that you are an authorized user of this credit card and that you will not dispute the payment with your credit card company; so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated. By registering to participate and providing credit card information, you are accepting all the responsibility for the transaction to ensure full payment to the merchant and acknowledging that all sales are final. You will notify Chesney Auctioneering, LLC if use of this card is no longer valid.

If you have not contacted Chesney Auctioneering LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
