Any condition statement given, either written or verbally, is a courtesy to a client, is an opinion, and should not be treated as a statement of fact. The Auctioneer reserves the right to remove, add to or lot items listed in the auction. The property is believed and shall be taken to be correctly described as to the quantity and any error, misstatement or omission, in the particulars shall not annul the sale, or be a ground for any abatement or compensation on either side. No item(s) are to be removed until the bill is paid in full. All sales are final. Purchased items must be removed immediately after each session of the sale, unless specific arrangements to hold them have been made with the auctioneer. All Bidders will have 7 business days to pick up or make shipping arrangements for their purchases. If auction winnings are not picked up within fourteen (14) business days following the sale, THE ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CONSIGNOR AND A REFUND WILL NOT BE PROVIDED TO THE BUYER. For paid items that are not picked up after thirty (30) calendar days, an additional administration fee of $50 will be charged. Property which is paid for but left on our premises for any reason in excess of forty (40) calendar days is subject to re-sale to cover the aforementioned fees. Bidding at a Raia Auctioneers Auction whether present in person or by agent, order/absentee bid, telephone, internet or other means, constitutes your acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

If you have not contacted Raia Auctioneers, Inc. to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
