All bidders who participated in our auction should read these terms BEFORE placing any bids. All upfront bids are associating in agreement of the following terms. Bidding: 1. The highest bidder for each lot should pay for the lot (winning amount, buyer premium and shipping). No one is entitled to retract a bid, all bids are final and legit. The Auctioneers have all right reserved. 2. All our lots do not have a reserved price, though lot doesn?t reach the range of low or high estimate, lot will still sell with the highest bid amount. 3. Lot who passed with no bids are welcome for best offer placement. 4. Bidders must register and provide identification prior to the start of the auction and before bidding. 5. Kindly note that if you are bidding for items like posters and photos, they are reproduction poster with all autographs Payment: 5. Winners are responsible to pay for the invoice within the given time slot, usually three working days. 6. Our representative agent will send invoice to winners? registered mailbox within 3-4 working days. 7. An invoice indicates all charges include: lot winning price, buyer premium (25%-30%) and shipping fee charged by DHL 8. Winners who failed to pay before the deadline will result in blacklisted and dispute will be opened. Shipment: 9. Shipment will be sending from our vendor, source of collectors direct or warehouse. 10. Ben Toy House only accept DHL as shipping carrier no alternatives. 11. We believe all items are genuine and authentic and will not knowingly sell a fake or forged item. All items are from professional collectors, dealers or consignors who offer authentic collectibles in different categories. Return: 12. If PSA/JSA reviews the lot that you purchase in this auction fails the authentication and you are able to return the item as original state with no damage. We will refund the sale price in full. Shipping fee and buyer premium will not be refunded. If another grading agencies make a determination, the return and refund will not be entertained. 13. Request of return of orders must be done within two days after order has been received. 14. Buyers are responsible to pay for the shipping if returned is required. 15. Refund will only be issued after the return package is well received.
