Chinese & Southeast Asian Works of Art

This spring we are pleased to present over 300 lots of fine Chinese Works of Art and Chinese paintings with a selection of Southeast Asian art. Highlights including a set of four ink and color paintings by Qi Baishi from the Collection of Hugh W. Hubbard; a large ink and color on silk painting attributed to Song Dynasty artist Zhao Chang from the Estate of Alexandra Emery Moore, Cincinnati, Ohio; an extensive collection of Chinese coins ranging from the Eastern Zhou Dynasty through Republic Period from the Late Chingwah Lee Collection, San Francisco; a pair of Ming Dynasty cinnabar lacquer brushes and covers from the Estate of Patricia Ann Black Smyth, Santa Fe, New Mexico; two Chinese archaic bronze mirrors previously from the Robert H. Ellsworth Collection; and many other property from various private estates and collections.
