1) All items are sold AS IS. All Sales are FINAL/NO RETURNS. 1888 Estates endeavors to describe each item to the best of their ability for the sale. Items will have no warranties, expressed or implied. The Auctioneer attempts to bring the Bidder detailed photos to make your bidding decision the easiest. Neither the Auctioneer nor the Consignor will be held responsible for any descriptions of the Rarity, Quality, Condition, Size or Value and no statement, whether oral or written, by the Auctioneer or by any representative of 1888 Estates shall be construed as a Warranty regarding the items offered for sale. 2) The buyer's premium on property purchased will be in the amount of 15% of the final bid price. 3) The Auctioneer or Auction Administrator, at their sole discretion, reserves the right to reject any opening bid, which they feel is unacceptable or too low. The Auctioneer or auction administrator also reserves the right to withdraw any items before the sale. 4) Once the Auctioneer announces the word 'SOLD', title to the property will immediately pass to the highest bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer. Once title to the property has passed to the highest bidder, such bidder assumes all risks and responsibilities and will pay the full purchase price plus buyer's premium and Shipping. 5) The highest bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer will be the purchaser. In the event of a dispute between bidders, or in the event that there are multiple bids for the same amount due to the sequence and timing of bids received from floor bidders, online bidders, absentee bidders, or in the event of doubt on the Auctioneer's part as to the validity of any bid, the Auctioneer will have the final discretion to determine the successful bidder, or the choice to re-offer and sell the item in dispute. The Auctioneer's decision will be binding and final. 6) 1888 Estates will email an invoice to all winning bidders within 48 hours of the close of each auction. All Lots must be paid for within 48 hours from the time the Auction Invoice is sent out. If payment is not made within the 2-day time frame, the bidder will be automatically charged what is owed on the 3rd day with the Credit Card on File with our auction house. 7) All Bidders from the State of Tennessee are subject to the state and local Sales Tax unless purchaser has sales tax exemption number and will be invoiced accordingly. 8) All terms and conditions of Sale are governed in accordance with the laws of the residing state that are not mentioned above. SHIPPING: 1. U.S Buyers: All Items shipped Domestically in the U.S will be Handled and Shipped by 1888 Estates through USPS for a flat $10.00, for each item, the maximum amount we will charge Buyers for domestic shipping is $25.00 anything above that will be combined and paid for by 1888 Estates. 2. International Buyers: All Items will be shipped Internationally by FedEx, anywhere in the world for the Ship To Location Fee calculated at Invoice time. 3. Combined Shipping: Multiple purchased Items will be shipped in one package if the bidder wins more than one lot during the same auction.
