Red Barn's Important 40th Anniversary Sale

UPDATE; 8 am, 9/04 With this approaching storm, the small possibility of wide power outages on the east coast and possibly here, we are prepared to notify all that our sale would then be postponed for exactly 1 week, the following Sunday, 2 pm. We don't wish it or expect it, we prepare for the any freak moves this storm has already made. Any notice will be posted here and in auction zip. This sale has no reserves beyond any eventual starting bid, no person from here or consignor will bid. The only exception could be the auctioneer, only if he has chosen to drop the bid price and chooses to bid only that as notice of its final opening bid amount. Assuming a decent sale response and reasonable outcome, we have now laid plans for a continuation of a similar and strongest quality sale, that to be held on a Sunday of one of these now unknown dates, Nov. 17th, 24th or Dec.1st. If interested, please watch this space for its initial notice within the next few days and with a few important type posted lots and images. Also, we welcome the interest from Europe and other distant places, and will alleviate shipping costs as much as possible, we will also be sending out packages from here, those of modest and small sizes, both by mail and otherwise. Large and heavy for foreign will go to our reasonable shipper. Read below for our central place delivery plan. On this sale, we will start trying a trial of post auction, physical delivery, perhaps to one or more central places such as N.Y. City, by specific spot, date and time, particularly to assist against shipping costs, on any and all, but, especially on things large or heavy. Thanks any and all for your prior and forward interest and patience. We hope to make you our constant forward customer. Watch for us, "City Stuff in the Country". We will not disappoint.
