Featuring many large contemporary paintings by multiple artists, all from a designer decorated home in Litchfield, CT and Scottsdale, AZ. Several jazz themed paintings by Christian Vey, a fantastic John Coltrane album cover painting by Michael Symonds and several unsigned works in varying themes. The auction also has an extensive body of work from the estate of David Eugene Bell (1921-2006) of Washington, CT. His work primarily consists of Needlepoint abstract works in bright bold colors and many include found object mixed media collaborations and unique custom frames. Asian selections include a 6' square elaborately carved wood wall decoration from Thailand carved into six panels, bowls, ceramics, trays and plates and a fantastic pair of period 19th century HuangHuali Officer Hat Armchairs in addition to a narrow finely decorated Chinese cabinet, elm wood end tables and an early 20th century low table.
