Winter Auction Weekend - Day 3

Day 3 of our Winter Auction Weekend (Mar 1- 3), includes 19th & 20th Century decorative arts, featuring artwork by Bernard Buffet, Waldo Peirce, Paul Manship, John Terelak, Anthony Thieme, Emile Gruppe, Le Pho, Dahlov Ipcar, Carl Jennewein, and Jamie Wyeth. On this day, two important Tiffany Studios table lamps will be sold along with a Yamaha baby grand piano. A Patek Philippe platinum tank watch, Etruscan Revival gold and citrine bracelet, and Tiffany emerald and diamond ring will lead the jewelry collection; and the remarkable silver selection will include flatware sets by Georg Jensen and Tiffany & Co. plus pieces by Hester Bateman. Among the featured furniture lots will be an Eldred Wheeler tiger maple secretary, a Venturi-design laminated chair by Knoll, and a set of four Windsor continuous armchairs by Thomas Moser. The porcelain and glass group will offer a Hugo Lonitz majolica centerpiece, framed KPM plaque, and pieces by Thomas Webb, Meissen, Herend, Sandwich Glass, and Legras.
