A multi estate auction. Featuring various items from the Dorothy Canning Miller (1904-2003) collection. Dorothy Canning Miller was the first trained curator at The Museum of Modern Art and was also considered an influential figure in the art world over a period of many years. This sale is to feature paintings, drawings, prints, antiques, etc that have been associated with longtime collections. Items that were also property of museums, galleries, and works which were acquired directly from the artist and their estates.
