An auction of American Indian Artifacts, Art, and Related Collectibles, over 800 items! Please join us in exciting Santa Fe NM on August 11th & 12th (the weekend before Indian Market) for what promises to be an historic event! We are proud to offer the amazing Mimbres pottery colletion of Roy and Merle Evans, all pieces featured and pictured in the world famous book, "Mimbres Indian Treasure in the Land of Baca." Also, a wonderful private collection of San Ildefonso pottery by the famous Maria Martinez and her family, including many of her early works, and even another collection of very large Pueblo pottery jars, ollas, and bowls. We have a great selection of baskets, once again, as well as some spectacular Navajo rugs, several room sized, and more of the rare and historic beadwork that we are known for. And as always, lots of great Indian jewelry, some really rare original Native and Western art, NW Coast and Eskimo items, stone relics, a couple of rifles, Kachina carvings, antique trade beads, and MORE, plus a number of interesting and hard to find Antique, Western, and Mexican collectibles - over 800 pieces in all! Previews both days begin at 8:00 am (MDT). Auction times are Saturday at NOON and Sunday at 10:00 am. Live online, absentee, and phone bidding are all available.
