Any potential Bidders accept sole responsibility for contacting us to obtain condition reports on any offered lots and/or inspect said lots before bidding to determine the condition and if there are any repairs or restorations. CONDITION REPORT REQUESTS: Any requests received two day's before the Sale may not be answered. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging. Stasak Auctioneers will endeavor to provide additional information as a courtesy, but it is only an opinion and should not be regarded as a statement of fact. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Any items purchased and removed from the auction cannot be returned. Condition Inquiries: Requests for condition details will be answered as the information becomes available and in the order they are received. Emailed condition inquires will be responded to by return email. Any additional condition information obtained will be added to Live Auctioneers lot description when appropriate. If you prefer speaking to a live person, condition reports may also be obtained by telephone. Emailed image requests will not be responded to directly by return email. Any additional photo's obtained will be added to the Live Auctioneers lot description when appropriate. The Auctioneer is not liable for, nor has control of, online transmission speeds or bid increments placed by registered Live Auctioneer users. ERRORS OR OMISSIONS: Stasak Auctioneers is not responsible for any typographical or other error or omission in this catalog or in any advertising connected to this sale. All items sold as is, where is. There is an 18% buyers premium on all lots sold. Stasak Auctioneers reserves the right to execute bids, for buyers unable to bid online. Please call (908)305-3266 with any questions. READ ALL OF THIS BEFORE BIDDING. Pick up will be at a residence in Phillipsburg NJ. Address will be provided on invoice to winning bidders. All items are sold as is, as pictured. If an item has damage, we will mention it in the description. If it is a lot with multiple items, we do not visually inspect every item. If we notice something has damage, it will be removed and discarded. There is no preview for this sale. Bidding is open now and ends on Wednesday March 28th at 6pm. Make sure you watch the live auction end at 6pm. Payment is due on Saturday March 31st by 3pm and Pick up day is Sunday April 8th from 9:30am-5pm. If you miss the pick up day, your items will be considered abandoned. Invoices will be sent the day after auction. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice. No payments will be accepted at pick up location. Buyer must bring own help,packing materials, and any tools ( if needed) in taking apart items. SHIPPING - Pick up is preferred. If you want an item shipped, there is a $15 handling fee for first lot ( $5 each additonal), plus actual USPS postage. If it is an item we would have UPS pack and ship, there is a $10 transport fee, plus the UPS packing and shipping charges. Pay original invoice thru LiveAuctioneers and then email us requesting shipment. We will then send you an invoice thru Paypal for our shipping charges. We do not ship any large items or lots containing multiple items. If it is questionable, please email us and ask. Most items in this house will need to be cleaned.
