NOTE: Our November 19th auction will take place at our gallery in Ithaca, New York. This auction will include a wide variety of books and ephemera items from area estates and consignments. The books range from special, limited editions to large groups of excellent dealer and reading stock. We have been sorting several estates which have come in to our gallery over the past few months and a number of important author-signed books have surfaced. Most notably, we have two early Alcoholics Anonymous books signed by Bill W.. Another very interesting inclusion is an 1896 lithograph sample book including 34 full-color plates of ships in the U.S. Navy in 1896 and among them, several images displaying submarines. There will also be many early and modern poetry books, a number of which are author signed. Additional categories include early and antique children's, U.S. Civil War, antique theology, horticulture and many others. Only the highlights of this auction will be available on eBay, live attendance will be required to bid on the complete catalog.
