Ahlers & Ogletree Auction Gallery in Atlanta, Georgia is pleased to present Session 1 of their Autumn Estates Auction held on Saturday, September 23rd in their showroom at 715 Miami Circle NE, Atlanta, Georgia as well as online. Session 1 of the auction includes over 525 lots of fine art by listed artists, period antiques, estate jewelry, vintage furs, designer handbags, militaria, art glass, hand woven rugs, and modern design from private collections and estates in the greater Southeastern region. Notable items include an expansive collection of Southern folk or outsider art including works by R.A. Miller from the private collection of Mr. Robert Patterson Kennedy, a large collection of mixed media works on paper by the noted Atlanta artist, Ben Smith, a complete Salvador Dali "Visions Surrealiste" portfolio, a monogrammed and dated Paul Evans cabinet, a signed William Aiken Walker cabin painting, two Ed Moulthrop donut bowls, a 1997 Bentley Azure convertible, three art glass works by Steven Stelz, an Angelo Lelli for Arredoulce brass easel floor lamp, art by William Tolliver, serigraphs from the Dali/Disney collaboration for "Destino", and a Philippe Henri Noyer painting, a Brenda Putnam Art Deco bronze, and Tiffany & Co. jewelry.
