Not trustworthy. Offered a $500 credit towards future purchases! Claims can only be made within 14 days from auction date, takes them two weeks to ship!

Thanks for the positive review. In your case, because it was an expensive, item 2/3 of the shipping cost was the actual cost of UPS insurance.

NEVER AGAIN
Probably the worst auction experience in over 25 years of dosing auctions. VERY disappointed in items-BIG MISTAKES. Though they did mention the lines of oxidative discoloration in Lewis painting, there was no mention of upper corner damage and other defects. BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH SHIPPING in all my years of dealing with auction houses and the most expensive. NEVER AGAIN! Though this was not an auction house I did a lot of dealings with, my past experiences were not good ones either.

We recommend getting a shipping quote prior to the auction, especially on an item this large. You spent six weeks complaining to us about numerous shipping quotes before finally hiring a shipper who we didn't recommend.
