Have been waiting to receive that I won on April 29th. Still haven't received yet. Seems that some auction houses or selling things they don't actually have.

Still havent received my item and I emailed them over a week ago and have not received a response from them. So I really can't say if the pictures are accurate or not. I also can't really say if I'm satisfied with the shipping method. The only communication I've had with them is bidding and paying for my item. Really don't like being ignored especially when I've already paid. I won and paid immediately, and now I feel like I'm not important to them.

The fees for shipping are just too costly. I would purchase MANY more thing both at this auction and others if shipping wasn't so expensive. On another note I was told by a different auction house to use Proxibid because LiveAuction charges them too much.

Ya i ws goin to buy sme stuff bt ur representative ws rude in the wy he responded to me.. almst suggesting tht i ws sme person who ws playin around whch wsnt the case so i decided in the end to do jst tht.. i bid n won bt said no way cz he ws rude.. onestly i ws an am vry upset becz i lov ur stuff and ws lookin forward to doin business...

Response time to letting pay over phone took 3 days before I could pay and they don't start the packaging and shipping process until they are paid. So I might have received my items 3 days sooner. Other than that everything else was great.

When I paid, I informed them that my bid was a mistake but I went ahead and made payment. The people in charge actually changed the product from something that I did not want to exactly what I wanted and they did this on their own. I will gladly buy from this auction house again!!

I can't answer as to the description of the items I bid on I have not received them yet. They will not answer the phone and they will not return a message. I called to check on the shipping status of my items and no reply from their end. It is coming up on four weeks since the auction and I have received nothing. I will not be bidding again.

Would like to have received more communication/updates on the status of my order.

The auction took many, many hours with very long delays at "last call" on most lots, seemingly until their estimate was reached, before the next lot opened. whatever their reasons for doing this, it was very frustrating for me as an online bidder and I've already decided to avoid this auction house in the future.

I have not heard a single word from them. It has been a month! I have made 3 separate phone calls and got Voicemail each time. Each time I politely requested a return call or email and I have received NOTHING! They sure were quick to get me an INVOICE!!!! 2 actually, I made 2 purchases at 2 separate auctions! VERY POOR REFLECTION ON LIVE AUCTIONEERS! All the other auctions I have been in have been great! Not This One!! Scott
