I had recently won a few auction items from Potter and Potter and had a couple logistical questions about packing and shipping etc etc. While my purchase was only a few hundred dollars, the team handle my questions as if I was their most important customer. I couldn't be happier with the interaction. I also must say that the books came wrapped very well and the descriptions of the book's conditions were spot on. Potter and Potter were absolutely superb. I went in for a viewing and Brian and Aron gave me the complete rundown of the entire history of this piece, including cool past awards. They were also careful to point out fragile spots and hidden compartments. They were so genuinely happy to show this art and explain everything. They personally helped me pack it to get it home (it's complex and fragile), and gave me good advice on preservation. Cannot recommend enough.
