My very valuable Buddy L dump truck was lost by auction house
never again bid with this auction house, this a very large truck and showtime lost it, tool almost 2 months to refund the bid price and fee. this truck was worth a lot more and they should offer compensation

Where are my Items?
Wish that I had read the reviews before I got involved with Showtime Auctions. I won two items on September 18, paid $600 and have not received my items. When I wrote, they told me that they were very busy with many items to ship and told me to be patient. Perhaps, this company is not qualified to handle auctions or customer service. I'm about ready to retract my payment from the credit card company.

The absolute BEST of the BEST!
I have been to almost every Showtime Auction, and Mike and Lori are the best in the Investment antiques auctions. They are also some of the nicest people you will ever meet. I highly recommend Showtime Auctions to anyone interested in hard to find investment grade antiques. It don’t get no better! Showtime is the king of the mountain!

I recently made several purchases with Showtime and they did a great job working with me to get my items to me. I am a buyer buying things for myself and my own collections. Unfortunately, I had a couple issues with the items I received and Mike personally made sure everything was handled to "my" satisfaction. Rare customer service. So I just wanted to take a moment to post my review; to make sure that at least from my prospective, this is a great company run by very good people.

THIRD PARTY SHIPPERS HAVE A LICENSE TO STEAL
This experience has been the worst that I have ever had since I began using Liveauctioneer's wonderful platform a year, or so, ago to purchase my vintage items from. I purchase approximately $50, 000 + a year of items falling in the category of pre-1968 Disneyana collectibles. I'm the largest seller on Ebay U. S. of items in this category. I started selling on Ebay in 2005. Check out BRIANCOLLECTIONS4U on Ebay. I have sources around the planet that I use for my purchases and they have been fantastic over the years to work with, but I'm always looking for other state-of-the-art platforms to try. It took a month after I paid for my very small purchase of 1 toy in this auctioneers 'auction to get a response from the 3RD party shipper forced to use by the name of Navis. Navis simply sent me an invoice for $41 and expected me to pay and move on. I could have shipped the item to Navis from my location to them for $10. I always expect to pay a premium with 3rd party shippers, but this was way out of line for a less than 16 ounces small toy. The owner of Showtime auctions finally charged me $18.50 and shipped the item to me after picking up the same from Navis. It was a wrestling match to even get to this point of cooperation. I received the toy and it did not work. I was SHOCKED! I have owned and sold this exact toy at least 40 times over the 14 years of selling on Ebay and can tell you that no one could have actually tested the toy to confirm that it worked. Someone could have sabotaged the toy, but it did not happen during transit by the carrier. The auction house will not reply to any of my requests to settle the issue in some way in a weeks time. I'm now stuck with a broken toy that will cost me $60 or more to have professionally repaired. I will be $180 invested in the toy that has a value of about $150 on the high side. I'm seriously thinking of staying with my other methods of purchasing where I have 99 % of the time worked out issues. BUYER BEWARE BIG TIME! Brian

My first experience with Showtime Auctions was great. I'll be back!!!
I could not have been happier with my first successful bidding experience with Showtime Auctions. I had inquired about a few items and Mike answered my questions promptly and accurately. I bid on several lots and was successful with three. My invoice arrived right after the auction was over. Arrangements to pick up the items from the shipping and storage facility was easy. The company that handles their shipping and storage was also easy to deal with and very professional. Upon receipt of my items, I was very pleased to find out that they were accurately described and photographed. I was extremely impressed with the quality and quantity of items offered and the speed in which the auction was conducted. I look forward to the next Showtime Auctions. Thank you very much. Thank you for a great experience.

As a frequent online buyer I'm always hoping for more photos. In this case I purchased the printed catalog which was very useful for pre-bidding research. Showtime Auctions always exceeds expectations and I've never been disappointed with my purchased items. Using Navis Pack & Ship just makes the experience that much better!

While I paid promptly for the item won, I had to a couple of weeks before I eventually contacted the shipping company for a status to be billed for shipping. Another week went by before I received a shipping invoice. Paid that and still have heard nothing about actually shipping the item. So, still have not received my item. While Showtime Auctions do not directly ship the items, the shipping company that THEY contract with in effect represents them. So, the delays and more importantly the lack of communication about the process has been a pretty disappointing. Will I bid on future Showtime Auctions knowing this is how they operate? Probably not. Will I let my frustrations be known with other collectors? Probably...

I "won" two items in your April 22nd auction. I paid for them April 25. It is now May 16 and I have NOT received my items! Weeks ago I received an email from International Shipping company stating they were inundated and they would eventually get to me; however, I wrote them about a week ago and I have heard nothing back! I wrote your auction house a couple days ago, received email notification that they would get back to me with an answer, but NOTHING since! Please help me. I'd like to receive the items I paid for last month. Is the International Shipping company that far behind in their shipping orders? Any light you can shed for me would be greatly appreciated! Shipping prices are much too high. Signing procedure is unnecessary. It does not work anyway. You should offer Paypal.

Novis pack & ship ruined my item while packing it. It was a cardboard piece that they bent the cardboard to fit it into a box that was too small for the object. I had to return it to them and they did refund my money. Very disappointed!

As soon as auction was over shipping company sent email stating it could take from 4-6 weeks to process my order and get it to me. Really poor service for one item, simply packaged. After two weeks I sent them an e-mail, received no response. I waited another week or so and then telephoned. Within two days a clerk called and said it was being shipped that day. In other words it took over one month to get item which was paid for immediately at auction end. Very slow shipping service.
