I’ve purchased many things but never dealt with rude shipping before 🤦 I’m not giving my ID over the phone or email a picture of it. Refund please

While it took a month to recevie items, Bearistry was responsive as was the shipper (separate transaction unfortunately). Overall a good experience, but don't buy something for a soon-to-happen birthday etc. Lol.

I really enjoyed the professionalism and customer service proved by this auction house. They answered every question I had fast and thoroughly. I can tell that they value quality interactions with their customers and want to make sure I know everything about the item before I purchase. There were no headaches when it came to receiving my items, it was an absolute breeze. They definitely stand out compared to other auction houses I've interacted with and I will be following to see what other unique items they post on future auctions. Their honesty and thoughtfulness is something to admire. I truly felt like a valued client!
