I've bought some expensive items from them over the past year or two and never been disappointed. The young lady at the front desk and in accounting were polite and very helpful. The pickup process was easy peazy. I only wish they had auctions more frequently.

I always peruse Stefek's listings and catalogs. I have found a lot of things there that I have in my home and that I enjoy so much. Stefek's has varied and high quality merchandise and I think that the starting prices for items is very reasonable and then the rest is up to the bidder or bidders. I would definitely consider Stefek's if I were looking to put something up for consignment sale or if I wanted the estate side of the business to offer my items for sale or auction. Their process is very professional and Their employees have always been courteous and helpful.

I was very glad to win my bidding BUT be aware Stefek's Auction house do not ship. You have to arrange it yourself and since I live 10h drive away I contacted UPS thinking I'd get a decent service..... NOT. I do not recommend UPS store0053 it took 17 days ???) and I blame the incompetence of the person I dealt with, if it wasn't for the store in my hometown my beautiful sculpture would still be in purgatory. If there is ever a next time I'll ask the name of the person I deal with and a reference number (which they never provided) which I thought naively I get through E-mail. Otherwise Stefek responded to all my inquiries, great service!
