The auction house placed their own inventory sticker on the front of the frame of the painting I purchased, instead of keeping their own inventory in such a manner that does not ruin the piece. The frame of this painting is completely ruined and will need to be replaced. When I sent SEVERAL emails, with images to them, I finally received a response saying nothing but "sorry for the damage". Amateur and unprofessional.

The item description included information about a bend/crease in one of two photos. I decided I could live with that. What I could not see and was not made aware of was the crease/bend in the second photo. Not noticeable in the online photo I was not aware of it till it arrives and it is VERY noticeable in person. I can't imagine that this would not drastically affect it's value in a negative manner
