Good people to deal with

Easy to deal with. The only issue was that the listing through Liveauctioneers didn't show any shipping option so, it was only when I called them, it became apparent that Deker has its own inhouse packing and shipping. Furthermore their volume of business allows them to negotiate competitive terms with carriers so they were able to ship me a small table from CA to PA by Fedex for around $100. That made the whole process convenient and cost efficient.

I won a piece of antique jewelry, a relatively small purchase. Yet Dekker answered my questions expediently. These people are very responsive and make you feel valued. Utmost professionalism. Highly recommend.

I called them to ask about some doubts I had of some lots, and the owners help me the moment I called, they do help and they are really nice people and I wil keep buying at their auctions. They have beautiful pieces and I do recommed their auctions

I would highly recommend this auction house. It's run as a family business and they treat their buyers like you are part of that family. So often when I buy from an auction house, the costs for shipping are so expensive. Almost prohibitive. BUT with this auction house, they packed the item for me and I sent a label for the shipping. It helped keep the cost down. You cannot do better than buying here! Amazing auction house to deal with!

I've bought a few things from Deker Auctions now, which I've both picked up and shipped. They are very responsive and make all transactions easy. I love everything I've gotten so far! I will continue to bid in their future auctions.

This company has been the absolute best that I have dealt with in the auction arena during the last 12 years. They accurately display and inform you with descriptions that provide you with a picture you can visualize when preparing to bid. They are small and a little slower than the big houses that are out there. The difference is that they are exacting and take a personal interest in insuring that you are satisfied. I had a question regarding shipping and talked with an adorable lady there with a French accent and she walked me through several options I could take to get my Rolex to Florida. Her recommendations were spot on and I received my item in a well protected container that would not allow for any damage to occur to it. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

Buy with confidence. A very professional organisation. I will eagerly watch out for their future auctions.

Purchased a number of lots from Deker's Nov 23 auction. Quite pleased with my purchases, items, photos and descriptions line up pretty well. Normal variance. Will come back.

This is my second experience with Deker Auctions and I have nothing but nice things to say about my experience: the catalogue descriptions were right on, all my questions were answered immediately and Aude went out of her way to help arrange shipping. I wish the service I received was the norm but it is an exception! I highly recommend Deker Auctions! Five stars all the way!

Issues due to Live Auctioneers caused me to not be able to bid on one lot I wanted. I did however buy two other lots. The communication with the Deker team was first rate, same with customer service and shipping. I wish all auction houses were as easy, efficient and pleasant to deal with. I hope they have future lots that I want to buy as I’d be more than happy to purchase from them again. Shipping to England was a breeze. The packaging was great and I had FedEx come in and collect for me. They’re a relatively new auction house, but don’t let that deter you at all. As well as all of the above, the descriptions were spot on, condition report’s extremely accurate and images were just as I want to see, rather than having to email for more which I often have to do with very well known auction houses. A very big thumbs up from London.
