I was overwhelmed with the swift and complete response to finalizing my order with Canada Book Auctions. The company is helpful and professional in every way. Neil, from shipping went out of his way to complete packing and shipping all 128 books in 12 boxes in a timely manner. I thank Neil, and his staff for the great job. Unfortunately, I won't get to read them because they were a gift for my daughter. Thank you!

I purchased 2 books from CBA and received a shipment from them that contained an invoice and books purchased by another customer. In effect, they shipped me the incorrect items, I haven’t received the items I purchased, nor did the other customer, whose books were shipped to my address. Since the shipping mistake, I have called CBAs twice, and neither time did they return my call. I also sent two emails to them, which they have not responded to. I have opened a complaint with my credit card company, requesting a refund of my payment. No accountability for their error, or concern for customer satisfaction.

My recent experience with Canada Book Auctions was excellent. I needed to speak to them about shipping from Canada to California. They were fully responsive, and telephoned me to talk me through the steps they would take. Their catalogue descriptions were spot on, and I was delighted with the items I purchased at their recent auciton.

Everything was accurately described and following payment, shipping went reasonably on time. My only surprise is for a small purchase I found their handling charges more than I might have expected. But the packaging was excellent so maybe that covered overpacking these purchases. No complaints
