One of the items I purchased (a set of 3 compotes) was described as having minor dents in each, while in reality, they were so dented and misshapen by the time they arrived that, they are unusable. The items are nothing more than scrap silver and, in my opinion, should not have been put on auction. Additionally, the auction house does not provide a list of shippers so you can get multiple quotes, they simply told me that they use one shipper and I would hear from them. That didn't happen until 5 days later. Fortunately, I was satisfied with their price, however, their packing left a lot to be desired. On a final note, the auction house did not respond to an email I sent them through the Liveauctioneers website and I didn't receive a receipt until a full week after I paid for the items. Thank you.

Hi My difficulties are with the UPS shipper. I recieved initially a call regarding the item purchased from the Auction House in Atlanta. I have phoned three times trying to find out the price of the items to be shipped. As of today I still do not have an answer to this question. Even though the gentlemen who usually handles these transactions was not there Im not sure why the other salesmen or clerks could not assist. Sincerely, Carmen
