The shipper is supposed to provide multiple options for shipping services, as they are not a UPS Store. We are sorry your experience was less than ideal. We ask that out of state bidders that have their own shipping options message us through liveauctioneers that they have alternative shipping options. We are always trying to provide the best possible service so that our clients receive their items as fast as possible. Even if items are sent to our third party shipper they can be returned to us for pick up. We are not responsible for service charges. We offer other payment options that the client did not use.

The purchaser alleged that the item was not as represented. We asked the client to return the item to substantiate such claims which they declined to do. We are a Trusted auction house that cares for our clients but trust is a two way street.

Client purchased item that we erroneously listed as 14k. However pictures showed marks of 10k and the purchase price reflected scrap value at 10k. As the client acknowledged, the items were clearly marked 10k. We offered the client a refund if they returned but they asked for a discount. We declined, but they chose not to return.
