Packaging price was extremely excessive compared to actual cost and auctioneer kept sending me invoices after payment already made through BACS after auction end

Surprisingly LiveAuctioneers site actually worked on the day of the auction and I was able to bid. Onslows is great... LiveAuctioneers site not so great.

won item, have been trying to pay for it, no response from auction house, tried calling, all I get is a busy signal, need to provide payment plan like paypal has, piece of cake, just click button and item is paid for, If it is going to be this hard to pay for all of their items wont even deal with them any more, sent emails no response. even gave them all the info. they requested and they still wont send me a confirmation on receiving the email info. very disappointed.
