Dear Mr Hans Koppel, Sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your purchase, Please can I take this opportunity to firstly urge all potential buyers that either see this review or bid in ANY auction to ensure they carry out all means within their power to understand the item they wish to bid on before bidding, Secondly I would like to state a line in our terms and conditions which you accepted when registering to bid online with us; "purchasers should satisfy themselves as to the condition of any lot before the commence of the auction" This means that it is up to the buyer to gain as much information of the item before placing a bid and making sure that they have confidence in their bidding and achieve the most satisfaction, Had you looked on our website for further clarification you would've found images of the damage without needing to ask us, this is a fault withLiveAuctioneers.com and does not allow us to upload more than 1 image to the site unless done manually. Unfortunately, you did not ask us for a condition report and we are unable to offer you compensation for your dissatisfaction, if you had asked for a condition report we could either offer a full refund with a return or a partial refund of the buyer's premium.
