I received my winning bids yesterday and was disappointed that the chartreuse place setting I bid on was actually lemongrass. I guess I should have looked closer at the picture and the auction description not matching because the place setting was in the original box. Furthermore, out of the four new boxes of fiestaware I received, every one of them had roach dust in them. A warning to open these outside would have been appreciated. I've learned an expensive mistake.

This Auction House is the best, description of the items it great. If there's ever a problem it's quickly taken care of. Don't hesitate with placing your bid, they will treat you well.

Strawser Auction Group, in my experiences, is the best in the auction business. They take accurate pictures of the items and disclose any blemishes in their descriptions. The office staff is quick to respond to any/all questions/concerns.

It was very exciting to take part in my first fiesta strawser auction but I am sad to report that once fees and shipping gets attached I would say it’s next to impossible to get aunt better of a deal vs eBay or other online places. For comparison 29 pounds of product cost $200 to ship halfway across the US. The items were packaged so excessively that the box was huge. Thankfully with AAA and a UPS Corp account I could cut the cost nearly in half, which is still more than I’d expect.

One of the best Auction Houses you'll ever deal with!

The items were accurately described and the communication with Jenny was timely and very helpful. This auction house needs to do there own shipping.

For this auction, Strawser Auction Group used Packmail and The UPS Store, both of which charge exorbitant rates to ship small cheese dome to Hawaii. I ended up paying a “packaging” fee to UPS Store and then purchasing separate USPS Click & Ship label to save over $100 on shipping. Took too much time to make all the shipping arrangements. Don’t know why Strawser doesn’t just use USPS as default shipper.

This was my very first online auction and Strawser Auction Group made it so seamless for me to pay and shipping was a breeze also. I'm definitely participating in more online auctions for sure. Love my oil lamps.

Received my item-a metal autumn leaf sculpture by Curtis Jere-in perfect shape, well-packed and shipped. Love it!

Strawser Auction Group is a Honest, hardworking & professional auctioneers, my personal favorite in the area!

They could of shipped in less inexpensive way I do appreciate that they wrapped it triple of what is normally done but it cost me 95.00, then when I called they said if I had AARP they can reduce it to 89.00, if I had know upfront the cost I would not have bid on this.

I love my items enjoy doing Auctions read out the bad people.
