I have lost 7974.09 to nette auctions promise after promise would not return calls but did respond in ten minutes when they could collect another 450.09 for crating that was never done. this was my third large purchace on live auctioneers other went well regretful this have to be my last i can not take another chance at such a large loss no mater what is offed up.

COMMUNNICATION COULD BE BETTER-HELPFUL, BUT IT TOOK A WHILE.

SHIPPING COST ARE TOOOOO EXPENSIVE

Sometimes pictures and actual item are wrong and sometimes pictures not accurate enough to get full description of item, otherwise they are fine

Not sure if my check for the item I won (wrong picture) was returned to me.

Trailer had the hitch totally broken off and has no way to connect to the truck that pulls it. Do not remember even a picture of bottom as I may have spotted that. This damage was something that was easy to spot and should of been mentioned as I would have not bid as high, or may have not been interested.

Shipping was high

This auction house takes forever to send your payment. They sell your goods and then wait till the BIG buyers pay for their purchases making the small seller wait till the big buyers pay. I waited over 6 months to get paid for what I had consigned. I will never use this auction house ever again. My friend have said the same thing.

NETTE is a quality auction site and all of my auction winnings have been received undamaged and in the condition specified in the auction description. I will continue to do business with NETTE in the future and I have recommended them to my friends and family.

Communication is really bad. I'm surprised, as this auction house is popular. They NEVER return a phone call. All you can do is constantly call until you get someone by chance. Very unorganized, and not committed to customers having even a good experience. I did get my item, but not the "original paperwork" that it was advertised with. Still trying to get it.

Payment sent since 15 days. No news. Where is my purchase. When will I receive it? No answers

I suspect this survey is about an item I recently purchased. That experience was fine-very satisfied. There is a current auction and I asked this auctioneer a question via the Live Auctioneers website. No response after 3 days or so, but the auction is still 48 hours away, so they still could respond. Question was about part of the item that cannot be seen in the photos-and it is an online only auction-so that explains my responses. I may or may not bid on the item, but my question should have been responded to by now.

As long as nothing goes wrong with the payment or initial shipment, NETTE is fine. Once something goes wrong, however, all bets are off. I have an item damaged in shipment and it took more than 6 months for the house to send me a refund after everything had been settled with UPS. Also, UPS messed up a recent shipment to me from NETTE and sent it back to NETTE. Even after arranging payment for reshipmemt, NETTE has been slow or unresponsive to any coordination to resolve the issue. They have their money, I still have nothing. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous.

Shipping... the box arrived but I've not been home to open it yet. Nett's employee who answers the phone & services payment is excellent.

Shipping rates for a small item are exorbitant. A $25 charge for a small item weighing less than a pound is absurd and sufficient reason to no longer bid on NETTE merchandise.

An individual named Naomi, who I understand to be an owner of NETTE, was extremely abusive. I will not be a bidder at their auctions in the future. There are many other fine auction houses for me to give my money to. Thank you for the opportunity to share.
