I have been a regular client with this estate auction house. They always provide very good service when I come here for pick up. Items are as described, and the manager and staff are always assisting me when I come for the auction preview.

I live in the Midwest and I finally had to get online & contact a UPS store in the vicinity of the auction Co. so they could go pick up my item & ship it to me. The seller was not very responsive to my questions about shipping.

The item was exactly as described. I am very satisfied with the condition and very pleased with the care taken in the packaging of the item. Kudos to the packers on this one. I am very satisfied with my purchase and very happy to add this to my collection.

Specifically made a point of asking if the item could be shipped in-house prior to the auction (they say they can ship smaller items in-house) and was told it wouldn't be a problem. In-house shipping is very important to me in an attempt to keep my costs down since I am an international bidder. Credit card was immediately charged after the auction closed with zero grace period and two third party shippers were contacted shortly after on my behalf for shipping quotes. Repeated requests asking why the shipping wasn't being done in-house as promised went ignored until they finally threatened to cancel the sale, at which point I relented because I still wanted the item. This resulted in a multi-week delay in shipping due to the non-responsiveness. Completely dishonest business practices and an awful, unacceptable level of communication throughout. Item was received with two pieces of tape attached to antique leather which took part of the surface off when removed. Would never bid again, beware everyone.

Always very fast responses to questions and easy access for pickups. Only wish they were open for weekend pickups. But I'm able to make it work usually...

I've purchased dozens of items for my Santa Barbara store, and I have been impressed with the quality of the items and the level of customer service.

Wooden brush pot was a product of injection molding and NOT made of wood. Shipping for a small item like this was over $70 which was excessive. Seller offered a refund, but who has time to mess around shipping it back to them. My time is worth more than that. I chalk it up to lesson learned and will never buy from them again.
