Descriptions accurate, lightning fast professional shipping, payment process the best I have encountered with online auctions. I live in the US and only wish they were close by. I would like to attend their auctions in person.

Miller & Miller Auctions Ltd. is an extremely poorly organized company. First, they overcharged my credit card and left it unnoticed. Second, they never followed the instructions I left for packing the objects. And third, they never answered a single question I left about the approval for the upcoming auction. I will not recommend this auction house to any bidders! One more thing. They provide false information about their objects. For example, a hobby model of a steam engine was listed as an original salesman sample. This is false information presented to attract more bidders. Very unprofessional!

Shipping was as one can imagine tricky but the staff and Miller and Miller helped me by packing the chair for me and I was able to arrange my own shipping.
