At this time I am very dissatisfied. The item arrived broken and it was shipped by the auction house. I notified them within a short time from the delivery, using their process and have not received a reply. It has been over 48 hours.

It was shipped to my billing address instead of my preferred shipping address. It ended up ok, but the reason I did not want it shipped to my billing address is that the shipping companies eave packages outside, I live in the city so anyone could have stolen it. Aside from that, it was wrapped expertly and everything arrived in splendid form.

I bid on an item and won. I was contacted by WOD and was told there was a clerical error on my item. I was then asked to agree or disagree. I disagreed, the mistake was not mine and I bid in good faith. I have since emailed to ask about my item, I wanted to know when it was shipped. I was told that the item was discontinued and WOD had issued a refund. I wanted the item, not the refund! I am very disappointed in the handling of my purchase.

The color of the tray I received was beige, but the picture shows it as light/brown/orange color. The quality is very good and shipping was slow, but without a problem.

Took longer than expected to be invoiced and looked better in photo. Item much bigger than expected.

I purchase the product and I wanted more than 1 of the same item and your systems does not let me do that. Also I live in the state of Florida and wanted to pick up the item but your system keep charging me for shipping. Its a confused system when it is suppose to be simple.

I had an item that was delivered broken. despite calls, pictures taken, emails sent the item still has not been replaced or reimbursement sent. Going on 2 month now,

I won the bid. Then e-mailed them asking how they would like to proceed with payment. They responded with an e-mail stating a invoice would be sent. I never received an invoice. Another e-mail was sent by me with no response to date. This is the type of company that will hurt your auction business Carl

I received notices that Id won two items I did not recall bidding on. I have tried to contact the auction house through email and through the live auctioneers site. All my emails have been returned.

I won the item from the auction. Couldn't use pay pal link. called world of d é cor and paid for the item and as of today 11/5/2015 haven't received my purchase. I called world of d é cor and told them to send the item. They told me they will. I am very unhappy with this process.
