Great experience and will buy from again.

The auction house does not honor the description of the the antiques when there is a dispute. When there is suspected broken piece, the condition report was not mentioned and we end up receiving broken pieces. We have asked for a refund or a re-consign the items which we think it is a reproduction rather than a 1000 year old piece but was rejected right away. We have faith in this auction house until the last auction whereby our impression is that the appraiser wanted to make a quick buck out of the auction system rather than maintaining the integrity of the house.
