Very dissatisfied Ordered item on February 26, 2019. Paid for item on 02/26/2019 and was told that the item would be delivered to Museum Choice within 6 weeks. I had emailed and left voicemails with no response. I even had to send emails with read receipts to make sure my emails were received since I had not been contacted. Today 05/22/19 I saw that an email had been read so I called the auction place and the lady that answered asked for the info regarding our order. She explained that there was a death in the family and had been out for the past two weeks. I told her that I had contacted them way before two weeks ago and that had left voicemails and emails that I knew were read and heard. The lady then proceeded to yell at me for being insensitive as she put it to the death in her family. That was not the case since I had tried to contact them and get an answer from them. I understand their situation but they most definitely do not understand mine. She then said that they were not going to charge us and cancel our order and hung on me (the customer). I do not feel I was rude and did not yell at her like she did to me. It was very unprofessional and unnecessary. The company knew the attempts we had made to contact them as well as Museum Choice Shipping and could have replied that they would contact us. It only takes a few minutes and would have avoided the dilemma we are in.

They basically committed fraud. They lied to me when I asked questions about the lithograph prior to bidding. They indicated the piece was in excellent condition, it came with a Certificate of Authenticity and they stated the size was 22” x22”. The piece is not in excellent condition, it has a tear in the middle. The piece is not the size they told me. It is less than half the size. It measures 8” x10.5”. I don’t even think it is a lithograph. It looks like a color photocopy glued to a styrofoam mat. Finally, Fantastic Auctions cannot produce a Certificate of Authenticity. They have lied to me repeatedly and in my opinion committed fraud. I requested for Fantastic Auctions to refund my money in full including shipping. This total comes to $675.24. I also requested for Fantastic Auctions to have their shipper send me a return label so I can send them back the piece. This was my first time participating in a live auction and I had many reservations about. Unfortunately, all my fears were realized. It has been the worst experience and to have a company commit fraud that LiveAuctioneers has as an approved auction house is incomprehensible. I need resolution and a full refund.

I got scammed. I wish you could take things more seriously with responsibility. I didn’t buy things from your consignee but you.

I don't believe the item I received is authentic. It looks like it was copied on a photocopier and there is a crease on the bottom. I have reached out to them yesterday and have yet to hear back a response. I am very sad about this. I have purchased about 6 items through your site and have always had a good experience. This doesn't feel fair Please advise.

Dear Whomever It Might Concern I purchased this item and it has now arrived here in Mallorca! This is a complete fake reproduction... It is a bad print from a book or catalogue. What recourse is available to me? Please, I look forward to your answer, Sincerely Kristen

They sold me a supposed lithograph that turned out to be a low quality print at best. We are awaiting the return of our funds.
