This auction house held a private sale & then did not provide proper pickup times for getting merchandise. Refered us to the owners to handle the sale. We paid our blanket mover to pick the item up. Being the seller did not get her asking price, she decided to keep the item. The owner nor the Auction house would allow us to come & pickup our merchandise. Luckily there are auction houses who have galleries & don't use private property to get online purchases to their clientele. We never received a refund. We called multiple times with nothing but excuses from the Auctioneer. The owner was allowed to keep the piece we bid on & won. The auctioneer should have take the item to their storage to have for us to pickup. Our mover should not have to do their job for them & have to contact the consignor for pickup. No refund has been given to this date.
