Quality of the Weathervanes
Shipping, communication and shipping costs were superb. The quality of the weathervanes is poor for the price. They arrived looking like mass produced tourist items without real functionality. I’m not sure if these were ever really used since the metal is quite thin and the workmanship quite low. These items are not much more than something you might see or buy in TJ Maxx or a gift shop in the US for far less. Even the paint job did not look hand painted. Not sure if the chipped paint was from chemicals or what, but the look and feel does not ring true of a quality item at any price.

The quality of the weathervanes were good as per the age. I put many pictures so that the buyer can examine thoroughly before buying. These were 100 % hand painted and hand made. The chipped paint was due to the age. I sold thousands of items worldwide till date and my buyers are very happy with the quality of items I sell. If buyer had a problem the buyer should contact me but it never happened. I am always ready to work with buyers to sort out any problem. I have always been there to solve any problem but fortunately my buyers are happy with my products and service since last 20 + years. In future also I assure my future buyers of quality items.

murky notifications on shipping create uncertainty
The standard notification sent regarding shipment was "either you or an agent have picked up the item". I knew I hadn't picked it up so I'm left sitting at home thinking either an imposter took it or the shipping agent had put it in transit apparently Value Art had no oversight on who picked up the item, a little disconcerting

Beautiful and Unique Collectors items
I usually don’t take the time to write a comment on reviews but I was more than surprised at the quality of the item that Value Art collected. Purchased a unique trade sign that is absolutely beautiful and their communication was great. Shipping was not only at a surprising low rate for international shipping, but received it quickly. I highly recommend looking at some of the things this collector finds as they are really neat.

Ensure that if something is new manufacture and artificially rusted with chemicals that the description clearly states it is a new made reproduction.

Shipping
Everything went very smoothly except the way they package things is with Styrofoam made with tiny little beads about the size of BBs or smaller and when you get the items out of the Styrofoam container they end up everywhere in your home, on the walls, the floors, the furniture, the pets and yourself. I couldn’t even round them up and take to the trashcan without them clinging to everything including a little toad that had hopped on my porch and was struggling with them. I would like to see a little something more environmentally friendly used. Maybe the larger biodegradable corn pellet packing?????
