The auction company never responded to my emails. I contacted them regarding shipping and they forwarded my email to another company without a response. I contacted them regarding the items arriving with damage and they never responder.

I am very pleased with the new format on the alerts. Shorter to view and that makes it so much easier rather than the 30's 40 'and sometime 50's. Keep up the good work and load the pages with wall clocks. Gil

I am unable to get in touch with them to issue a paid invoice for shipment. I sent a check which they did not cash. The number they list is not a working number. Are they real!?!?

Item was not original and poorly painted. Both not stated in auction. UPS they told me to use gave estimate and then doubled it after they picked it up.,

The auctioneer purposely uploaded photos from angles so you could not see the damage to the item. The auctioneer mentioned the handles need repair, but neglected to mentioned they had been ripped off of the trunk. Auctioneer also failed to mention that the trunk had the lock pried off and broken. I have a repair quote from Louis Vuitton for over $1000 to fix the damage the seller never mentioned. The fear of disputing a transaction with my credit card company is that it would put me in bad standing with LiveAuctioneers.

I send 2 emails and I call and left messages and still they didn't get back to me or send or send me options for the shipping, the ups store they send me, they don't want to go for my item!

The shipping is a real hassle. Would it be possible for the seller to ship like anywhere else?

I paid 240.00 for 10 oz silver bar. you charged my credit card no show on item. I was totally ripped off. now you have the nerve for a positive survey. legal actions are being started but will stop it if you send my 10 0z silver bar right now!
