Sarah, we value your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Prior to the sale, this vacuum was tested and was in working order. The vacuum then went to offsite storage after the item was left at the gallery for a month, per our terms. The vacuum was then released to you on January 16th. While we strive to do right by all of our clients, we struggle to honor any "warranty" here as the item was left at our facility/storage for 2 + months and was then in your possession for an additional 2 months prior to leaving your review on March 6. A simple phone call/email to the gallery could have remedied this situation.

Hard Working/First Rate Service
Nadeau's punches above their weight. Always interesting and diverse offerings (that you might otherwise find at one of the big auction houses but at a much higher price point). Very hard working staff and a pleasure to deal with. Responsive and service oriented. Good at getting back to you, whether it be a phone call or an email. Highly recommend.
